Gathering in Rob's Honor

Grandma and Grandpa hosted an excellent family gathering to help welcome Rob back home.

We had a great time visiting and Nicholas enjoyed meeting Aunt Terry and Uncle Rob for the first time - along with Sue and Kristen. He also enjoyed hanging out with Aunt Allison and getting a good bottle from Uncle Mike!

Something new

Here is the latest "trick" from our Nicholas who provided all the entertainment for Beth and I as we took him for a walk around the neighborhood last night.

And - a quick update on his sleeping habits...

He didn't sleep through the night Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. HOWEVER, last night, he treated us with another full night of sleep (8pm-6am!!)

Happiness is...

SLEEP! Sweet sleep...Nicholas made it from 8:30pm to 5:30am last night. I think I even managed to have a dream or two. Let's hope it's no fluke and that there is a repeat performance tonight! And, at the risk of sounding too greedy, may he sleep until 6:30am!!!

Ok - he really doesn't sit in the hop and bop all day long - he lasts about 5 to 10 minutes. He does seem to enjoy it though. After a while, he gets tired of having to hold his head up. Thank you to Susan, Jeff, Hope and Faith for the very fun hop and bop!
